2012-2016 Duramax Intercooler Upgrade

Everything about Banks Intercooler System is designed bigger and better. This upgrade kit includes a set of high-flow boost tubes and a Banks-designed intercooler solution.

The Banks Boost Tubes feature oversized mandrel-bent pipes matched to the increased performance design of the new intercooler. The Banks-designed intercooler has a thicker core with 95 percent greater volume to improve cooling. It also has large, high-efficiency all-aluminum end tanks and wide-open inlet/outlets for a 69 percent greater flow area. The Banks Intercooler dramatically increases the engine’s cooling capacity and power potential by balancing a richer fuel mixture with cooler, denser, improved airflow.
