Complete Aftertreatment System Tuning (DPF / EGR / SCR)

Prevent forced regens, soot buildup, power derates, and downtime. Calibration updates completely reconfigure aftertreatment system management within the engine control unit:

• DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) Delete: Eliminates active and passive regeneration cycles. Stops extra fuel injection into the exhaust, lowers turbo backpressure, and reduces operating temperatures.

• EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) Delete: Disables the EGR valve function. Stops soot and carbon deposits from recirculating into the intake manifold, helping keep engine oil cleaner and extending motor life.

• SCR / DEF (Selective Catalytic Reduction) Delete: Disables DEF fluid dosing, heaters, quality sensors, and NOx sensors. Removes speed derates and limp-mode countdowns.
