Custom tuning covers the full lineup of heavy-duty Paccar MX series engines across all major EPA configurations (EPA10, EPA13, EPA17, and EPA21+):

Complete Aftertreatment System Tuning (DPF / EGR / SCR)

Prevent forced regens, soot buildup, power derates, and costly shop downtime. Calibration updates completely reconfigure aftertreatment system management within the engine and aftertreatment control modules:

• DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) Delete: Eliminates active and passive regeneration cycles. Stops extra fuel injection into the exhaust stream, lowers turbo backpressure, and significantly reduces exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).

• EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) Delete: Disables the EGR valve function. Stops abrasive soot and carbon deposits from recirculating into the intake manifold, keeping engine oil cleaner and extending engine life.

• SCR / DEF (Selective Catalytic Reduction) Delete: Disables DEF fluid dosing, pumps, line heaters, DEF tank quality sensors, and upstream/downstream NOx sensors. Completely removes speed derates and 5 MPH limp-mode countdowns.

Hardware Requirements & Remote Delivery

Required Diagnostic Hardware

Remote flashing for Paccar MX engines requires a genuine Nexiq USB-Link 2 or USB-Link 3 RP1210 diagnostic adapter connected to a Windows laptop with a stable internet connection.

2017+ Model Year Requirements (ACM Bench Harness)

For 2017 and newer (EPA17 / EPA21+) Paccar MX-11 and MX-13 models, direct ACM flashing is required.

Remote Flash Process

• Direct Remote Support: Connect the Nexiq adapter and harness setup to your truck and laptop. A technician dials in remotely to perform the read/write process, re-calibrate the ECM/ACM.
