    Push your 2024–2025 6.6L L5P Duramax (or L5D if applicable) beyond the factory limits with the Stealth Mach 1 (64). This is a direct-fit, drop-in replacement turbocharger built from 100 % new components—no core charge required. It’s designed for those who demand serious performance while retaining daily-driver usability and tow-capability.

    • High airflow capacity — Engineered to support up to ~700 HP in fully built setups. For trucks with stock emissions equipment and basic supporting mods, this unit is capable of ~625 RWHP.

    • 64 mm billet compressor wheel — 11-blade design, high strength, optimized to spool quickly and avoid turbo surge under load.

    • Upgraded turbine wheel & nozzle ring — Larger, stronger turbine blade design and a custom vane cage/nozzle ring assembly maximize exhaust energy capture, reduce drive pressure, and control Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) more effectively under heavy load.

    • Tuner-friendly & built for durability — The entire turbo uses new parts, no rebuilt or core units. It’s designed for ease of tuning and direct replacement of the OE turbo. The actuator is optional and pre-calibrated in many versions.

    • Retention of factory functionality — No need to delete your exhaust brake or emissions equipment to swap this turbo in

    • This turbo must only be operated with tuning that uses stock Minimum and Maximum Vane Position tables. Failure to do so can lead to excessive exhaust pressure and boost which may shorten the life of the turbo or engine and may void the turbo warranty.
